Well-being is a state that we all wish to enjoy. What does well-being mean for you?
For me, well-being means feeling healthy, energetic, optimistic and content. How often in your Life have you truly felt like that? So what’s my secret? I use Homeopathy to treat my whole body when it suffers from acute or chronic symptoms, and I practice Yoga and meditation to maintain my healthy body and mind.

Why Hatha Yoga?
Yoga actually means “yoke" or “link" and the aim of yoga practice is to connect all aspects of your being, physical, emotional, mental and deep self. Regular practice, at any age, enables you to improve your physical strength, suppleness and energy, as well as helping you remain calm and positive in the face of adversity.
